"Two" Easy Fruit Dip

A very simple dip to have on hand, especially during the summer months.
Only TWO ingredients and you're ready to showcase some beautiful fruit.

This dip is easy, smooth, creamy and a real showstopper!!

(The recipe is in my cookbook....Love at First Bite...yours for only
$10 + S & H.)

The light and fluffy dip is great for summer parties or picnics, and certainly any time of the year.  You could add a little maraschino cherry juice for flavor and color, or maybe try some lemon extract for variety.  I've even seen some recipes that mix it with Cool Whip...I haven't tried that but am sure it would be great too.

But I promise...it's awesome just like it is.  I took it to a ladies gathering at church and had many positive comments and inquiries.

Have fun making a 'rainbow' fruit tray.  Mine was very simple, but I've seen many beautiful ones with raspberries, kiwi, apples or bananas too.

You could always serve it with graham crackers as well.

'TWO" EASY FRUIT DIP

1 (8 ozs) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
(may use reduced 1/3 fat)
1 (7 ozs.) jar marshmallow fluff

In a large bowl, with a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.  Add marshmallow fluff and blend until smooth.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

(Add maraschino cherry juice or Cool Whip if you'd like)

Serve with fruit, vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
